Which networks are supported?+
Instagram and TikTok, for publishing as well as analytics. We only open the networks we use ourselves every day, so we can do them properly.
How does a lead magnet work?+
You draw the lead magnet automation once: the DM copy, the button, the email request. You pose it on a post or a story, with that video’s keyword and link. When someone comments the keyword, UseNadia replies, sends them the DM, asks for their email if they’ve never given it, then delivers the link. Every person and every captured email shows up on the video’s page.
Is this allowed by Instagram and TikTok?+
Yes. Publishing, comments and DMs go through Meta’s and TikTok’s official APIs. Instagram only allows an automated DM in response to a comment or a story reply: that’s exactly the frame UseNadia works within.
Do I need an Instagram professional account?+
Yes, professional or creator — it’s free to switch on in Instagram’s settings, and Meta’s API requires it.
Does UseNadia edit my videos?+
No. You bring an edited video; UseNadia publishes it, puts it to work and measures it. The only cutting tool is the story splitter, which slices one video into several stories.
How much does it cost?+
Creator: €49 per month for 10 accounts, then €6 per account. Studio: €99 per month for 30 accounts, then €3 per account. Above 50 accounts, Operator, on quote. Two months free on yearly billing, prices exclude VAT. DMs, automations, agent and API are included in every plan, with no meter.
Are my accounts safe?+
Your accounts are linked through each platform’s official login: UseNadia never sees your password, and you can revoke access at any time from Instagram or TikTok.
