Deleting your data
Last updated: September 26, 2026 · Version française
1. Three ways to delete your data
You can have your data deleted in three ways: from the UseNadia app, from Instagram (a deletion request forwarded by Meta), or by e-mail. Whichever you choose, access tokens are erased immediately and all other data concerned is deleted within 30 days at most.
2. From the UseNadia app
- Disconnect an Instagram account — in your list of channels, delete the account concerned. Its access token is erased on the spot; its comments and automation runs, its analytics history and its inbox records are deleted within 30 days.
- Delete your UseNadia account — in Settings, delete your account. All your channels are disconnected and all your data (account, scheduled posts, media, automations, collected e-mails, analytics) is deleted within 30 days.
3. From Instagram (Meta data deletion request)
In the Instagram app, open Settings, then Apps and websites, select UseNadia and remove it, asking for your data to be deleted. Meta then forwards your request to us automatically: we cut off access, delete the data linked to that Instagram account within 30 days, and return a confirmation code to Meta, which is shown to you.
With this code, you can check the status of your request at https://app.usenadia.com/data-deletion/status?code=YOUR_CODE (replace YOUR_CODE with the code you received).
On TikTok, access is removed the same way from Settings, then Manage app permissions; then write to us to erase the data already stored.
4. By e-mail
Write to hello@usenadia.com from the e-mail address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my data". We verify your identity, delete your data within 30 days and confirm the deletion by e-mail.
5. What is deleted
Your account and its profile; scheduled posts, uploaded media and the history of posts published from UseNadia; the access tokens of connected networks; the Instagram data described in our Privacy Policy (profile, comments and automation runs, e-mails collected through direct messages, inbox records, analytics history).
6. What may be kept
Data that the law requires us to keep, where applicable, for the applicable legal period. Content already published on your social networks and messages already sent on Instagram remain on those platforms: they are deleted from each network. E-mail addresses you have already exported must be deleted wherever you keep them.
7. Your other rights
The GDPR also gives you a right of access, rectification, portability and objection. To exercise them, or for any question about how your data is processed, write to us at hello@usenadia.com. The data we process is detailed in our Privacy Policy: https://usenadia.com/en/privacy.
