Terms of Service

By accessing or using UseNadia, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service. If you use UseNadia on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

UseNadia is a tool that lets you schedule, publish and analyze content on social networks from a single interface. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of freedom from errors.

You must be at least 16 years old to use UseNadia. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

When you connect a social network, you authorize us to publish and retrieve data on your behalf through its official API. You remain bound by the terms and rules of each platform. UseNadia is not responsible for API changes, limitations, suspensions or publication refusals decided by these platforms.

You agree not to use UseNadia to distribute illegal, misleading or hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of others, nor for spam or any activity contrary to the rules of the connected networks. We may suspend or close an account in case of breach.

Paid plans are billed in advance, on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly), and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the current period. A full refund is available within 14 days of a first purchase, by writing to hello@usenadia.com.

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through UseNadia. You grant us a limited license, for the sole purpose of operating the service (storing, processing and transmitting this content to the networks you choose). You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to distribute it.

The UseNadia software, its brand and its interface elements remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any right in these elements to you, other than the right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, UseNadia shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, nor for loss of data, revenue or missed publications resulting from the use of the service, from interruptions or from the malfunction of a third-party network.

You may stop using UseNadia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of these terms or of use likely to harm the service or other users.

We may change these terms. In case of a significant change, we will inform you by e-mail or through the service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
