Goal

What were you trying to do? “Schedule a reel to two Instagram accounts at 18:00” is answerable; “posting is broken” is not.

Environment

Which browser, which version — the version number is in the sidebar footer.

Changes

What changed just before it broke? A reconnected channel, a Meta permission you declined. “It used to work” is useful; “it used to work until I reconnected the account” is far more useful.

Results

What happened, and what did you expect? Quote the exact error text rather than describing it.
