The calendar

Where: /launches, the app’s home screen

The calendar is both the plan and the record: scheduled posts, drafts and published posts all sit on the same grid.

View What it shows
Day Rows built from your channels’ time slots, plus any time that already has a post
Week Seven columns, 24 hourly rows
Month A six by seven grid. Clicking a day opens the composer on that day
List Posts grouped by date, paginated, with state filters

Day view is the one worth understanding. Its rows are not every hour, they are your time slots, so the day reads as a plan rather than a wall of empty hours.

List view swaps the view switcher for state filters: All, Scheduled, Draft, Published, 100 posts per page. It is the fastest way to answer “what is still a draft”.

Your chosen view is remembered between sessions, and it is in the URL, so you can bookmark or share a specific week.

The calendar has no channel picker of its own. It shows the current scope: one channel, one brand, or everything. Change it in the account switcher and the calendar follows.

Two empty states tell the two cases apart: “No channels yet — Connect your accounts”, and “No channel in the current scope — Switch brand from the sidebar to see the calendar.”

  • The coloured band at the top comes from the post’s first tag. On a desktop, hovering it turns it into the action bar.
  • Draft: prefix means it will never publish. Sent (unconfirmed): means it went out but the platform never confirmed.
  • A red ! means it failed; the error is in the tooltip. An amber ? is the unconfirmed case.
  • Hatched slots are in the past.
  • “+ Show more (N)” appears when a cell holds more than three posts.

Click any empty slot and the composer opens with that time filled in. Hovering an empty cell shows a +; on a Day view row, it shows the avatars of the channels that could post at that hour.

Create Post in the header asks the server for a free slot first, so a new post lands on a sensible time rather than on now.

On an Instagram post, the composer’s settings carry an Automation section: pick a comment → DM template and its trigger words there, and it hooks onto the publication the moment the post goes live.

Hover a post card for Preview Post, Duplicate Post, Post Statistics and Delete Post. A published Instagram post that is not a story adds two more: View comments, the live comments with reply, hide and delete, and Automate comments on this post, which poses a template on it. When UseNadia published a post but never received the platform’s ID for it, Connect Post takes the place of Statistics. Each action is detailed in Post actions and statistics.

Dragging a card to another slot reschedules it; what happens when the post has already gone out is on Moving and rescheduling posts.
