Finding your way around

UseNadia is a 240 px sidebar, a 64 px top bar, and a page. Several of the most-used features are modals rather than pages. This is the map.

From top to bottom:

  1. The logo.
  2. The account switcher — the only place you choose what you are working on. It lists your brands (each one unfolding into its channels), then the channels that are in no brand, then All channels. At the bottom: Add Channel and Manage brands & channels. See Brands and scope.
  3. The main menu.
  4. The secondary menu: Integrations and Settings, plus the billing entries when billing is enabled.
  5. The footer — dark/light toggle and the version number.
Entry URL What it is
Calendar /launches The main screen: the calendar and the composer
Content /content The content pipeline: cards from idea to published, each one schedulable into the composer. See Content
Agent /agents A chat that reads your calendar and performance, and can schedule for you after a confirmation
Inbox /inbox Instagram conversations, answered by hand
Automations /automations The comment → DM templates: draw them, activate them, see where they are posed
Analytics /analytics Overview, video ranking, collected history and automations
Media /media Everything you have uploaded, searchable and reusable
Entry URL What it is
Integrations /third-party External services an automation can act on — today Brevo, connected with an API key. See Third-party integrations
Settings /settings Everything else, as tabs
  • The page title.
  • Create Post, except on the calendar where the real button is in the calendar header.
  • The organisation switcher, only shown when you belong to more than one.
  • The language picker.
  • When Sentry is configured, a feedback icon.
  • The notifications bell: publish failures and system messages.

Below 768 px the sidebar becomes a drawer behind a hamburger button, the language picker and the feedback icon move into it, and the current scope is repeated under the page title so you always know whose numbers you are looking at.

These are the features people most often cannot find, because they are modals or panels rather than menu entries.

They still answer if you type the URL.

/p/:id The public preview of a post, outside the app shell. Anyone can read it; commenting requires a UseNadia login
/analytics/video/:channel/:video The page of one video, reached from Analytics
/admin/stats, /admin/errors Publishing errors across every organisation, for an admin account

UseNadia renders every time in your browser’s timezone. There is no timezone setting on the account. The only time control is Date Metrics in Global Settings, which switches between AM/PM and 24 hour display, and it is stored per browser rather than on your account.
