Instagram Settings

__type: "instagram-standalone" — the Instagram Login path, which is the one UseNadia connects. __type: "instagram" is the Facebook Page path; its provider is still registered server-side but no channel here uses it. The settings go in posts[].settings of Create a post.

Fields

is_trial_reel boolean No Publish as a trial reel. Exactly one video
graduation_strategy string No MANUAL or SS_PERFORMANCE. How a trial reel graduates to your followers
share_to_feed boolean No false keeps a Reel out of the profile grid — Reels tab only. Omitted or true is Meta’s default
collaborators array No [{ "label": "handle" }]. Instagram invites each one to co-author
audio object No Accepted and ignored, see below
automationFlowId string No The automation template to pose on this publication the moment it goes live
automationKeywords string[] With automationFlowId The trigger words of this publication (the word and its likely typos). Refused without automationFlowId
automationVariables object With automationFlowId One value per {variable} of the template. Refused without automationFlowId

Media rules

Section titled “Media rules”
  • At least one attachment is required. A post with none is refused with Should have at least one media.
  • post_type: "story" publishes one story per attachment, in the order given.
  • A trial reel must be exactly one video: anything else is refused with Trial Reels can only have one video or Trial Reels must be a video.
  • Extra items in value publish as comments on the post, and comments cannot carry media.

Character limit: 2,200.
