Schedule your first post
This walks through the whole loop once: get into UseNadia, connect a channel, write a post, schedule it, and confirm it went out.
Step 1: Get into UseNadia
Section titled “Step 1: Get into UseNadia”Open app.usenadia.com and log in, or create your account: the first account of an organisation becomes its owner.
Once you are in, you land on the Calendar.
Step 2: Connect a channel
Section titled “Step 2: Connect a channel”A channel is one connected account: one Instagram account, one TikTok account or one YouTube channel. Everything else in UseNadia hangs off channels.
Open the account switcher
The switcher sits at the top of the left sidebar, under the logo. It is the only place you choose what you are working on. At the bottom of its menu: Add Channel.
Pick a platform
Three are offered — Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — and a line under each says what it unlocks: comments and DM automations plus the analytics history for Instagram, the analytics history for TikTok, content cards and analytics for YouTube.
Each one redirects you to the platform (Google, for YouTube), where you authorise, and brings you back. Instagram needs a professional account, Business or Creator.
See Connect a channel for what each platform asks, and what happens when one of those flows fails.
Confirm it appears
The channel shows up in the switcher with its avatar. A red dot means it needs attention, usually a reconnect.
Group it into a brand (optional)
Manage brands & channels, at the bottom of the switcher, creates a brand — a named group of channels you work on together. A channel can be in several brands at once. See Brands and scope.
Step 3: Write the post
Section titled “Step 3: Write the post”Click Create Post, or click any empty slot on the calendar to start at that time. Create Post lands on the next free time slot of your channels.
- Select the channels at the top of the composer. They are grouped by platform, with a counter and a select all per platform, so one video goes to several Instagram accounts and several TikTok accounts in one pass. The channels of your current brand are pre-ticked.
- Write once in the Global tab. The same text goes to every selected channel. To tailor one of them, switch to that channel’s tab and unlock it, see Global vs per-channel content. The editor, the character counter and the emoji picker are described in Writing the post.
- Add media by dragging a file into the editor, pasting an image, or picking from the media library. On a video, the scissors icon opens the story cutter.
- Fill in the per-channel settings at the bottom. Instagram wants a post type (Post/Reel, Story, Trial Reel); TikTok wants a privacy level and its posting method. When several accounts of the same platform are selected, you get one settings block for all of them.
The preview column on the right renders the post as each platform will show it, which is the fastest way to catch a bad line break or a truncated title.
Step 4: Schedule it
Section titled “Step 4: Schedule it”Pick a date and time at the bottom of the composer, then choose how to publish:
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Save as Draft | Keeps it on the calendar, never publishes it |
| Add to calendar | Schedules it for the time you picked |
| Post Now | Publishes immediately — the arrow next to the schedule button opens it |
If a channel is missing something required, UseNadia blocks the save and takes you to the block at fault with the error shown — on a desktop by switching to that channel’s tab, on a phone by scrolling. See Validation errors.
Step 5: Confirm it published
Section titled “Step 5: Confirm it published”Back on the calendar, the post appears in its slot. After the scheduled time it switches to published, and the Preview action on the post card opens the live version. Need to change the time before then? Drag the card to another slot, see Moving and rescheduling posts.
If it failed, the card gets a red ! badge and the error is in the tooltip. An
amber ? means it was sent but the platform never confirmed it. The usual
causes are a channel that needs reconnecting or a platform rule the post broke,
see Posting rules by platform.
